It is also accountable with project partners, peers and related organizations and enhance partnerships and collaborations with other organizations and stakeholders. TCM Foundation feels responsibility towards its beneficiaries and the target audience and thus involved them with the project implementation and budget preparation.

TCM Foundation is also answerable to its own employees and organizations mission which is one of the most important aspects of accountability and thus have maintained ethical standards and governance structures and justify organizations core value.

TCM Foundation have designed and continuously update its policies to meet the growing demands of National Laws and Regulations, Donor’s requirements and International Standards. It employs external auditors to review Financial Statements in accordance with Generally Accepted Auditing Standards. And after the final approval of the Executive Committee, it is made available to donors, sponsors and other important stakeholders.
